I went in to order parts for my compressor and from the beginning staff was unpleasant and not helpful.I ordered my parts anyway, the associate on the reciept is aschrum...she stated that she would order my parts and it would take 5 to 7 days, this was on January 20th 2018...it is well past and have not received my parts or any explanation as of why...when my wife FINALLY got a hold of someone outside of the store itself because they NEVER answer their phone, and I mean never, they said the parts were on back order again with no explanation.

I am infuriated at the way I've been treated. How are these employees still employed at this location. It is run Busch league to say the least.

I just want my parts so I can use my compressor again.I patronize Sears a LOT and will not be coming back along with my family and friends once I spread the word if this is not fixed anytime soon
